In order to use the products and services on our website, you need to provide us with a valid email address, name, billing address, postal address, and telephone number. We do not share any of this information with third parties.

CONTROL

We know that customers value having control over their own information, so we give you the choice of editing or removing certain information. You may change or correct your account information through your account settings.

MAILING LISTS

As part of the registration process for new event bookings and new product orders, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to inform you about relevant products or services (such as wedding or children’s party products), to contact you if we need additional information about an order or event, and to ensure that our records are accurate. We do not share any of this information with third parties.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver and store our emails. We gather statistics around email openings and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.

For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice »

You can unsubscribe from general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

We currently don’t send regular emails and will check for permission before sending you any emails or newsletters.
